★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately by far one of the worst Countdowns around. Seldom have my full order, there are constant supply issues along with often getting orders wrong. Dismal effort by the team who look after this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are so judgy and unprofessional. The store is never stocked. I thought they would've changed by now but they still suck. I always have to venture out now to other Countdowns which provide more of what I need. Get it together please. Doubt it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I could to this Countdown, shelves are never stocked, you can barely find items and these items that are not even essential like chicken stock or coffee pods. Staff huddled in corners and having a good old long chat. Prices in the store seem to be more expensive than what is on the online page. Complete monopoly of being the only supermarket in the Peninsula.

Went there to do a weekly shop with the intention of paying part of my bill with a $125 gift card.
Firstly once I got to the check out it took 10mins for the lady to scan my items because she was too busy sharing a drink and chatting with her colleague.
Then to top it off when I presented the $125 gift card 3 members of staff couldn’t figure out between them how to process a gift card.
So I ended up paying for the whole bill with my debit card leaving me with a gift card to try at another countdown next time I shop.
Hopefully the other countdown stores have staff who have been trained and are competent to do their job.
It may seem like I’m being fussy but at the current time with the prices of groceries etc people, including me would of been glad to receive a $125 discount from their weekly bill but the staff didn’t seem to care that they were unable to process the voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy my local countdown staff usually friendly, small and I no where everything is.
One star missing in review is for likes of price tags being put deceptively on shelf although i sometimes read it wrong, a bit annoying once I get to check out and find it's incorrect. Other then that thanks for serving local community guys I try always come here.
