★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online order 14 days ago, which still hasn't been shipped. I rang the Hamilton Store today to try and find out how to either cancel it or get it sent, as no one would respond to me online. The items I've paid full price for are going to take at least a month now to arrive as there will be covid postal delays on top of their own shipping delays. The lady who answered today said she needed to ask the manager, after opening my order of several items. She then informed me that the website says it will take up to 14 days to SEND, so it will take another week or two after that with postage. I said the website says 7 to 14 days to receive the order because of covid postal delays (i.e. it does not say it can take 14 days to send). and she said to me "It says 14 BUSINESS days to POST, not 14 days. The website does not say business days, and clearly talking about 7 to 14 days on their main website page is referencing a week, to two weeks. They haven't labeled days 'business days' as she said they have. And it says items will be received in up to 14 days. Mine haven't even been sent. She totally blew me off, with incorrect information she was just making up with the help of her useless manager. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and happily dumping off these items for a refund when I finally receive them.
