β β β β β Worst place ever. We ordered 2 drinks with few chocolates and muffin, then while we were eating one of employee sprayed that cleaning detergent directly onto our food and drinks. She said it was mistake, and I understand that, but there was no refund or replacement of food& drinks. We didn't even eat chocolate we ordered and latte as well. If you wanna waste ur money and feeling, I recommend you to go there.

β β β β β Even though the hot beverage's, cold drinks and savouries are tasty. But the customer service is really bad and slow. Chocolates are good to have. Prices are bit expensive.

β β β β β We all loved the friendly staff and good food. Belgium hot choc was divine, kids loved the waffles and strawberry milkshake! Choc mousse from the cabinet was really good! open till 6pm, upstairs next to farmers

β β β β β Took my son for a very rare brunch out and gambled on the chocolate lounge having good food as well as their luxury chocolates and Iβm so glad I did! I had my stock standard eggs benny and it was so delicious and light that I found myself unable to stop eating even to help my son sort his plate!! My son had his very first steak sandwich and it was crazy tasty. So much thought has gone into this meal I was compelled to show my son how customers show cafes their gratitude in NZ. A great review to spread the love!! Thank very much for this amazing memory with my son.

β β β β β I was quite disappointed with the service and the food. My friend and I both ordered the eggs Benedict with bacon. The bacon tasted sour, the hollandaise sauce was very bland and the spinach did not look fresh. We told the chef about the bacon and instead of an apology she just said what would we like her to do and brought out the packet of bacon to show that it was fresh. The only reason I didnβt give one star is because the coffee was good and the other staff members were very really nice.

β β β β β The cup is not regular size, itβs kind of a small size in any coffee shop I would say. And the chocolate is super super super sweet, did not taste like chocolate but a cup of hot sugarβ¦.
