★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new Cova at Westfield Newmarket is simply stunning, light and stylish and the espresso is as amazing as always! It was nice to take a break from retail therapy for a well earned soy latte!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always come here for a coffee break and study-- they have delicious drinks, especially the matcha latte, the lemon honey ginger tea and smoothies! The environment is also very pleasant and quiet. While there, also try their banana bread!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 I would. Which is something I never do. If you are at the Westfield in Newmarket avoid this place.
They forgot our coffee totally. Then after hubby complained they delivered our coffee. It was not only late but BURNT. Plus if there was a caramel shot in it I would be amazed. I took it back.
So the food is gone but no coffee to have with it.
When it finally arrived it was way below average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it was an average place and experience. Food wise, it was alright, like you would expect from any other cafe, I had the Brioche French toast while my partner had a panini and both were alright/good. Coffee was decent.
Atmosphere wise - I feel they tried to place as many tables in the tiny space as possible. Doesn't make it that great trying to get in and out of your seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good place, compact and neat! Got a turmeric latte that was tastier than I expected and a feta spinach quiche which was alright.
One of the better places to eat in the Newmarket Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in when it was very quiet, just one other customer in the cafe. Ordered some coffees and food. The walnut and apple cake was supposed to come with cream or yoghurt so I went back to the counter and asked nicely for some yoghurt but the lady was extremely rude and said loudly to me “oh so you want cream or yoghurt?!” with an angry expression on her face.
Their coffee and food is very average. Bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make the best potato salad I've ever had at a restaurant/cafe in NZ. Their other salads are yummy too. I had the green tea latte today, very nice. I usually have the peach ice frappe which is super good. Staff are always nice and service is quick. Generous portions for the salads. Very cute aesthetic. Would recommend as a place to chill and also take pics for the gram.
