A real gem of the North! Excellent ranges, great events coordinator, in-store events and super passionate helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you get to great-grandparent stage like we are it's a bit of a challenge to find the perfect gift for our two great-granddaughters and great-grandson. Or it was before we discovered this place. Since then every gift we've bought has been a huge success. The people who work there are knowledgeable, helpful and very, very patient. We love the store. We depend on it. And we totally recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a well made, safe and useful gift the recipient will always cherish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. The toys they have here are not the typical plastic junk you find some many other places. Lots of quality, fun and educational games and toys for kids. Our favorite is the Friday Night Magic (card games), and their Warhammer supplies. Chris is so generous with both his time and expertise with both of these activities.
Check it out. You won't be disappointed. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude, unwelcoming middle aged women behind the counter. I had forgotten my face mask at home, I asked whether she is able to supply me with a face mask or if I can purchase one. Rude, confrontational and sarcastic reply "if you don't have a face mask with you I'm gonna have to say babaye". She was pleased to exercise her authority over us in kicking us out. I can't help but wonder if her flippant response was related to my middle eastern descent and my wearing of the hijab. Very disappointed. I was a regular customer and I will not be returning.
