★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the last two times we used the facilities our cat was not given his heart medication. The first time the excuse sounded plausible, the second time I was more careful with the follow up. I no longer feel it is safe to leave my cats here and am downgrading the review accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog, Piper goes here every week for day care & I couldn't recommend Critter Creek enough. The minute we hit the driveway she is an excited ball of fluff & is greeted by the wonderful owner who takes her away for a day of play & fun! Piper loves her days here & comes home a very tired dog, which is no easy feat. Highly recommend - thank you critter creek team! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing staff, I was super nervous to leave my cat here for her fist time away from home and they kept me up to date with how she was doing because of this. I highly recommend critter creek and will definitely be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog has been there twice, first time he came back he had a nasty rash and sore feet. Second time, the lady tried to give me back the wrong dog, once they identified the right dog they told me he had been biting the staff and other dogs. Wouldn't explain/elaborate when questioned. This behaviour has never been noted by any other person, any other kennel or dog training organisation. Will not be back. Customer service experience was not good, it seems as though the staff at the reception get flustered when multiple customers are waiting. The pricing is good, hence two stars instead of one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our cat Bones and tiny wee dog Milo have been going to Critter Creek for many years, both for business travel and when on vacation. Both animals absolutely love their visit, the excitement visible when we arrive. Paula and her Team are amazing, we leave our babies knowing they will be cared for as well as what we would. Thanks Team, you are absolutely wonderful. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's clear that they are dog lovers! They took the time to get to know our boy. Any extra info like skin sensitivity or special food they take extra care with. They give them plenty of exercise and know what dogs love to do. They have a free trial day first to get to know the dog, to see what they are like and it's good for the dog too to have a fun experience there first before being left there. On his first trial one of the workers noticed he had a thin coat of fur and said they will give him a heat pad at night time and a jumper. I was thrilled at the effort they went to to make sure he was comfortable. They had no issue with showing us all around the site. They post updates often so you can see your dog having fun while you are away to put your mind at ease! I'm super fussy with who has our little man, and these guys were top notch at answering all of my emails (of me fussing over him ?) and meeting all of our needs.
