All our showers and toilets are manufactured to the NZ Building Standard, and carry the Safety Glass Stamp and Water Mark respectively. We also use NZ made wall liners for our showers.
All our vanity cabinets are pre-assembled and quality checked in the factory, ensuring a perfect product while saving you valuable time. By importing directly we remove the middleman cost, so we can offer you a competitive price in New Zealand.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL customer service from manager Terry! ?
My story is ...I bought a slightly incorrect sized shower. This was identical to the permanently displayed model in the showroom. I asked to exchange this. There was no notice on this stating it was not exchangable & I was not told it couldn’t be returned. I have been refused an exchange on the basis my shower was custom made when it wasn’t. All communication ceased after 1 email reply refusing assistance & gIven a link to the t’s& c’s.
The manager was offered a swap of just the door & tray to the larger size & I offered to buy a new liner but he’s just shut down communication.
I was a regular, loyal customer of this business but this combined with Covid restrictions has costs far exceeding the replacement shower I will have to purchase. Needless to point out that the future thousands I & my partner spend will be with ❤️LENNOX BATHROOMS ❤️ ( Blenheim Rd,

(in particular Terry) We purchased a bath & toilet from the Porirua store & the toilet was delivered to us without a lid on the cistern. We complained & they accused us of loosing the lid (I mean how do you loose a blinking porcelain cistern lid?!) They did not want to replace but instead offered us an entire new cistern full price!!!..dodgy & extremely rude people. not worth the 1 star!
...PS all the 5 star reviews for this place are clearly spam & totally fake! Go on Crown respond with lies like all the other legitimate reviews!..just look how rude all of their responses below are to give you an idea of how they do business.
