I bought 42pce Fuller pro set for $142, exact same set on Trademe was $480 (down from $530 on special) how could someone justify that ?.
Anyhow alot of Mitre 10 around NZ were out of stock & when I did find a store, delivery option online wasn't happening.
Jenni came to the party & super chuffed with the set, good hefty built to last quality

I approached the customer service desk with a large pot of paint as all the checkouts looked empty the young girl waited a few seconds then just looked at me with an aire of arrogance 'what are we doing here?' I said 'buying paint'. She then proceeded to process the transaction In silence only saying '159'. Mire 10 might want to invest in training these their young ones how to interact with customers. Go to bunnings instead. The staff are a lot friendlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people, sale you products for cheaper price for a short lasting terms ?. So you will have to come back to spend more $$ money , ( to fix your problem. ) If you order your item to be delivered? It will not look the same as you first saw it in store! ??????. Lol... wrecked, RIPPED weet & damaged that's just the out side of boxing. When delivered they will even ask you to help unload your goods off truck. Greatest moment when they leav rubbish with you. Saying it's your rubbish. ?????? get this, they will even tell you that you will need your rubbish. Funniest one I have seen & heard it's your rubbish you payed for it.?????. Ring you asking if truck will fit up drive way. No drive way no problem. Drop off at letter box. ??????????????????????take care people & good luck. You will find me at place makers , where customers service comes first & items are handled as if it was their own. Porirua place maker's & Wellington place makers , makes dreams come true

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ended up buying a ton of stuff for DIY projects here and was able to find absolutely everything I needed (which was sold out at other Mitre10s near me).
Staff were incredibly friendly and very eager to help me which was lovely.

If your looking for a bargain DONT GO HERE, go to lower hutt, big aisle displays of amazing deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going there since they opened. Used every service in the store (from furniture, paint, garden supplies, tools, advice, cut wood, to lunch in the excellent cafe) and they have never been found wanting. Immensely friendly and know their stuff. Most impressive.

I don't do much DIY so I often need some direction, questions answered or look a bit lost. Each visit I receive friendly and helpful service from staff and have either found what I needed or been provided an explanation of when it may be in, or why they don't have it.
The cafe looks nice, I've always happened to come when it's been closed or just really busy.
