★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pair of heels from Mi Piaci Riccarton for $260.00 for my new job that I started, only to find out that after 5 days of wearing it, the leather would start wearing out. I noticed that the sales person also didn't give me a new pair from the back but one which was already on display. When approaching Mi Piaci to request for a refund or exchange, they sent it out to the repairers to get "repaired". As my shoes came back from repair, I went to pick it up and saw that it was only just glued but I let them away with it. I took it home and wore it to work the next day and the leather started tearing again. I contacted Mi Piaci in regard to this and all they could say was "we don't know what kind of work you do and you can take it to a shoe repairer" although my job consists of sitting in a contact centre all day which I advised them of several times. Till this day, I still haven't gotten any refund, exchange or credit for my $260.00 shoes that is sitting in my garage and nothing has been done about it. While they have beautiful shoes to sell, I would never recommend this place particularly for its returns policy. I have purchased shoes from cheaper retailers and have never had this problem ever. I definitely did not expect to wear such expensive shoes that would only last me 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sale lady in red coat asked me twice if I want to try it then only she will go get the shoes from the back, she made me feel like she reluctant to get it. I wouldn’t go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the store trying out different shoes to fit my tiny feet and Maaz was too helpful and made my selection so much easier.
She was so patient and showed me every single shoe that would fit my tiny feet in different styles. She understood what style I was looking for just by looking at the shoes I tried, I never had to say a word about my preference. She always had that beautiful smile and was never irritated though I kept trying heaps of shoes.
A+ customer service, will highly recommend ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice choices of woman's shoes. Italian fashion in New Zealand feels really wasted, as you can see the New Zealand style in the lack of colors even in this store and it is a shame. Color are beautiful. Italian fashion is beautiful. Recommend
