★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company, definitely recommend. Both Karen and Lavinia were lovely and helped us to plan a relaxing, smooth flowing Christmas event for our branch.
We arrived in Waiheke an hour earlier than planned, but they shuffled things around and managed to get our driver to pick us up early.
They were very approachable and quick to respond to all queries through the whole process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Destination Waiheke Island was a great experience, Lavinia was so friendly & professional, nothing seemed too much trouble & she did a fantastic job of putting together a really wonderful package for our team & their families. Friendly Conny from Waiheke Shuttles was there to meet us off the ferry & to take us back afterwards.
We did archery with Experience Waiheke on arrival & Michael was really awesome, a great teacher with a good sense of humour & made sure we didn't shoot ourselves or each other (in the foot or anywhere else).
The food, wine & service at The Batch Winery was really excellent as well & it's a lovely venue. They took into account dietary needs of our group & everything went seamlessly.
Thanks everyone for making it a really special day that went perfectly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Destination Waiheke Island for putting together the package for our work meeting. Karen and Lavinia were great to deal with. Communication was speedy and everything ran smoothly for the two days we were at Waiheke Island. Everything ran well from ferry transfers, accommodation to catering. They had all the contacts and knew what we wanted.
Destination Waiheke Island make an organiser's job so much easier than trying to work with lots of providers. They also help reduce the paperwork required for service contracts and invoicing.
We hope to work with you again.

Destination Waiheke was so accommodating and helped to plan an event that made the most of our budget. Lawn Bowls was such a fun arvo activity and dinner at the Batch Winery was delish. What an amazing way to end the year! Thanks so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Karen for organizing a great day out on Waiheke for my friend's stag do back in November last year. Throughout the organization process, Karen was very contactable and extremely helpful in working out a great plan for the day. We had age ranges from early 20s to late 50s but the way the event was organized meant everyone had a really great time and we got to see a good amount of Waiheke Island at the same time. It was great value and because Karen sorts everything you don't have to worry about all the little details and can just enjoy the day. I highly recommend an experience like this. Thanks again Karen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen and the team at Destination Waiheke are amazing event planners. We recently had our Christmas function and everything ran really smoothly. They organised our transport, transfers, event and lunch. In particular I have to recommend "The Great Escape Island Challenge" - this event is so much fun and the slideshow at the end is hilarious.
