β β β β β I came here for a course, the instructors knew there stuff and were quite informative and helpful. The workshop is great if you need servicing as well. I haven't purchased anything from the shop but the staff have always seemed very helpful.

β β β β β Realised dive tanks had expired Christmas eve day ?ββοΈ. Rung the team at Dive Doctor to see if they could get tested, with a reply of "yup sure no worries, bring them down we will have them done within the hr". Thanks guys saved my holiday, super helpful great team. Enjoy the beers ??.

I visited the shop and advised the staff of my needs and was shown a few options to try on. Good professional and friendly staff, with a good range of gear onsite!

β β β β β Great experience with Dive Doctor. I like that they stock a variety of brands. I am a new diver, had done some research on products and the team spent a good amount of time on the phone over a few days helping me determine what gear would meet my needs. They listened well to what i wanted but also were happy to discuss pros/cons and recommend alternatives; exactly what I was looking for. Informative, reliable and prompt in their responses and put in extra time to get a package together for me. Basically gave me no excuse not to move forward and surely saved me hours/days on google and youtube.
Exactly the type of experience that differentiates buying from "real" stores over amazon and similar online retailers but in this case I was able to work easily with them remotely. Perfect.

β β β β β Would be good if items shipped next working day or even the day after that but that doesn't seem to be the case? Communication is OK though, website has a great range, prices pretty decent so I can't complain too much. Will shop again, which is probably the most important thing I can say in a review.
