β β β β β Zero stars. I would not recommend this company due to poor quality system and even poorer service.
We contacted one of the technicians on recommendation from a neighbour as we were having trouble with water hardness/iron content in our bore water. He came over and suggested a system with Pyrolox which we agreed to have installed. After a couple of days we still noticed an iron smell, stickiness of the water, and after boiling it would leave residue in the kettle. The technician arranged to come over on Tuesday to fix (see image). To which my dad replied he was working.
We texted 4 times in between this date giving him updates to our situation but he did not respond. On the said Tuesday, my mother texted in the morning what time we could expect him. He did not reply, he did not show up.
In the evening after my dad returned from work, he messaged saying "Hi ------, was just told you didnt turn up? whats the story". The response was upsetting as he said he this was harassment (see images).
My dad called the next morning, they discussed a different solution, but testing our own water in the tank and at the tap suggested his solution would not work, a couple of online reviews of Pyrolox also confirmed this.
We messaged saying we are trying other options at the moment so not to turn up on Friday as mentioned in the call. Technician showed up anyway, took away the system he installed saying we were borderline abusive to him and he didnt want our business anyway. He has left us without a filtration system, which seems incredibly vindictive. Overall, poor services and poor quality product.

β β β β β Martin got back to me within a day and sorted out a time and installer Kieran to come in within a week. Excellent service. Would definitely use these guys again in future for any residential home water filtration needs.

β β β β β Phil from Taylor Water Purification was fabulous! First of all, he took the time to learn about my manufacturing processes and listen to what I thought I needed. Then he developed a practical and cost effective system for treating my cleaning water and purifying my process water. Finally, he came out to my site, many times, to install the system, to monitor it, to make the few adjustments invariably required when implementing any new system, and to ensure that the finished system was meeting my needs effectively. Phil was professional and knowledgable, but he also went out of his way to provide information resources for me. He helped me to write the water quality section of my procedures manual and found research and standards relating to water quality for me. Overall, I was very pleased with Taylor Water Purification and Phil, in particular.
