About Dolphin Seafaris NZ
My name is Cille. I am a diving instructor, ocean lover, mother, entrepreneur, skipper, boat crew and owner of Dolphin Seafaris. I quit my office job in 2003 to follow my dream of swimming with the fish. I became a scuba diving instructor and travelled the world teaching ocean enthusiasts of all ages. 15 years later I find myself in New Zealand spending my days on the crystal clear waters of the Bay of Plenty, showing and teaching people about the incredible wildlife we encounter.
I have lived, worked, studied in 14 countries around the world and finally found my home here in Tauranga, completely on the opposite side of my native Norway. Because of all my travels, I have become fluent in a few languages along the way, which I find so useful when we welcome passengers from all over the world onboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to surprise my wife for her Birthday with the chance to swim with dolphins... The Skipper (Cille) and her team were fantastic! After a dismal start to the day without seeing anything, we were headed back to shore when news came in of a sighting some ways off... Cille turned the boat around and took us back out for one of the most incredible sightings ever! She and her crew definitely went the extra mile and made my wife's Birthday truly unforgettable! Thank you guys so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went out today, a great crew and we saw a pod of around 30 dolphins right up close following the boat for a good hour! Included two very small baby dolphins as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100 out of 5 stars.We absolutely enjoyed our dolphin watching tour. The crews are so friendly and informative. The dive master lady kept looking for dolphins for 4hours and finally she pointed us a large pod of dolphins so closely. We took lots of videos of lovely dolphins.I reckon the number should be more than fifty. Lots of fun. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value for money. Great day out. We saw dolphins swimming right next to and under the boat and hammer head sharks and heaps of birds. The crew were so cool. Heaps of fun and really knowledgeable, clearly they are all passionate about wildlife and love their jobs. Our day was exciting but also relaxing, the cruising was amazing too, great views.
No negatives to report here, for a group of two adults and two children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great time! They have a lovely crew, with a boat where you can sit out on the bow and enjoy the scenery. We saw sooo many dolphins, they were swimming all around us while we were in the water. Honestly this trip is a bargain, and I can't recommend it enough.
