★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dominos pakuranga is the worst dominos experience i’ve ever had i want to stick two tooth picks down my eyes while waiting for my food to be delivered, and if it does get delivered at god knows what time, the pizza will be cut worse than a DIY circumcision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty lack luster service overall. Everytime they’re late on the pickup time and seem to not care much. Customer service needs a good look at. Pizzas are all good once you get them. I’d recommend turning up 10min after your booking time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give you zero rating. I threw 5 of your pizza in the trash. Its where it belongs. 6 pieces of ham on a pizza without cheese? My kids were hungry and the look on their faces were laughable because there was barely any cheese let alone meat. Absolutely disgusted at your service. It wasn’t the first time Ive been disappointed but unfortunately pizza hut doesn’t deliver to my area. Never ordering from any of your franchises. Train your staff how to make pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was oily, flavourless, hardly any pizza sauce - dry, crust not crispy and hardly any beef on the El Scorcho pizza. I expect average from these fast food pizza places but this was absolutely disappointing. Called and spoke with manager and he was not even interested in my feedback, no apologies or anything. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collected my order at 12.50 on 21 of may. Staff person was polite but thats where the positives end. Mask not worn properly and was hanging off her ear and used her bare hands to place cheesy scrolls into the box. No one is now eating them, straight in the bin. Pizzas and sides were below average in quality and will be going back to my usual Botany Junction store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited domino's pakuranga this afternoon for lunch. Pizza's toppings and sauce was absolutely accurate and the taste was really amazing. The staff attended me really well, noted the order nicely and confirmed before preparing. Timely food was handed over to me. On the whole food was amazing taste really good and service was great.
Highly recommended guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Domino's for an afternoon lunch & takeaways. Enjoyed the pizza in my car on a sunny Auckland afternoon, loved the excellent crust toppings & wedges. The staff were friendly, noted my order & prepared it in good time. Contactless & as per covid lockdown guidelines. A most enjoyable experience & well worth visiting this place again & again. Absolutely recommend their pizzas & starters too. I did not find the crust too oily, the toppings were well & evenly distributed across & stayed well in place, looked colorful, appetizing & smelt delicious, almost tempted me to order one more & even larger! The drink can was also at the correct chilled temperature & one could see the staff took great pride in their preparations & served the customer very very nicely. The place (4 John's Lane- Pakuranga) was not too busy or crowded at around noon time, so I did not have to wait too long either. Overall a delightful experience & a great Pizza one eaten in car & the takeaway was also superb. The pizza was so appealing that I forgot to take a picture of the first one, but then took some pics of the takeaway one at home. Enjoy.
