★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to purchase a Nissan Leaf on a Saturday afternoon. It looked great and we were pretty keen on it. The guys were very helpful and friendly, and not pushy etc like many dealers. We negotiated the price down a wee bit and suggested we could put a deposit down as we wanted to buy it dependent on getting a leafspy battery report on Monday. However they said it would be non-refundable and they were closing in an hour anyway. They also promised that they would call me and give me first option if someone else wanted to buy the car.
Come monday morning they texted me and said that the dealership owner had decided to sell the car to a friend.
We were very disappointed as we were excited to buy this car.
We tried to work out a deal on a very similar car with a slightly worse battery. But they refused to even match the price of the previous car. Their response was "sorry mate. Thats life"
In response to the owners reply:
Screenshot of original listing included showing the list price of $23990 which the salesman said they could drop by 500 (or include ORC)
They said via text that the best they could do on the other car was $24,490
I'm also happy to share the text conversation if you/your sales person doesn't mind?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and looked at a vehicle today. Very disappointed in the condition of the vehicle, e.g not groomed inside (even though this vehicle had been sitting there for a couple of weeks) and wrong km stated on internet and on sales plaque on car... 4 staff members washing one car when i arrived. Laughing and chatting.. not doing their job. Poor location as this is an industrial work area. Wouldn't recommend.
Didn't expect that response from the business owner! Good luck selling your cars!

When delivered, it was better than expected. We are loving out new little Aqua. Jono, Casey and the boys at TGA Cars were a pleasure to deal with and after-sales service to answer any questions was never a problem. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone who is looking for anything specific, or who is a little unsure as to what to get. Great people.
