We had a lovely pizza sitting out in the garden with our dogs. Obviously with a glass of wine each which was good enough to buy a bottle of each, so we did! Will go back again as great spot and good service

Loved this place. Even as designated driver, it was a great few hours. The service was phenomenal, friendly, engaging, curious and detailed. Food was wicked, and I'm assured the win was fab too.

A delightful stop and one we were very pleased to have added to our route having chosen the slight detour. A ‘cellar door’ is not usually our chosen ‘pit-stop’, especially with a 3yo however it was a delight to find such a welcoming place. Staff were friendly, the coffee and snacks warm and beautifully presented and the views and location were lovely. The commonly found ‘toy box’ provided some enjoyment for the little one for a while. Well worth adding to a day trip - Oh and don’t forget to enjoy some of the wines and tasting too.

This was a random adventure which caused me to stumble upon this particular boutique wine estate. I decided to try the rosé and Cabinet wines from the local area. They are what I would call table wines for general house guests. Pleasent and uncomplicated. The cellar door staff were nice and professional. I have had some unfortunate stories about here before via locals but otherwise is nice for a short stop.

What a treat it was to have a glorious lunch with my wife for her birthday today. There is nothing better than to have a crisp glass of rose with a gourmet platter and a delightful thin crust Margherita pizza. The vineyard backdrop and grounds are stunning! Lisa was extremely friendly and attentive, and our little dog Archie was made very welcome. There is a lovely team spirit!

Very disappointing! We organised a 2 hour bike ride with friends to visit this ‘out of the way’ cafe. Trying to support a local business - before we even entered the cafe itself a very rude english women came out and said ‘I need to see your vaccine passports’ - no hello, welcome or have a seat please’ - 3 of us showed our passes then our friends wife realised she hadn’t taken her phone on the bike ride. She offered to wait outside of the cafe while we had a coffee. ‘ NO you can’t be on the premises’. The english women then said - Just incredibly rude. We were the only people at the cafe at all ! We had a quick look at their cabinet food - it looked very basic and over priced - we left again and rode 1 1/2 hours back to another nice and welcoming cafe. We certainly won’t consider this place ever again.

Very nice people who make sure your stay is a good one. It is really nice being in the vineyard and it has a Cafe too but it closes at 4 so you must be prepared to microwave dinner. Motueka is only 20 minutes drive (20.7 km). We came here to go trout fishing and to walk to the Motueka River was fabulous.
