Warm, convenient location with handy car parking. Added bonus of a spa bath! Great facilities, well supplied with all we needed

We stayed here on our last night in Dunedin. The room booked upstairs which was no problem to us but maybe for less mobile people. The room was well set out and looked smart. Good sized shower and comfy bed. They even emailed us to check if we had left socks behind they found in the room after we had checked out that morning (They weren't ours).

I would give 6 stars if I could! Best service from the friendly staff who catered to everything we asked for! Free parking tidy rooms with super comfy bed! Highly recommended to anyone

Free parking well appointed layout. Super helpful staff who made sure towels etc were well supplied. Great value. Very comfy beds and cosy heated floor very much appreciated.

Had the best services the rooms were spacious and honestly having outside spa nice touch. Can't fault the customer service and rooms lovely, clean. Highly recommend. Being close to everything in town was a huge bonus.

Great place to stay. Very central to town..a short stroll down to the main shopping precinct. Rooms are always superbly presented, and staff friendly and helpful .

Lovely and clean, central location just a couple minutes walk to Speights Ale House and Octagon

Wouldn’t even give this disgusting place 1 star. The customer service was absolutely atrocious & the room myself & my husband stayed in was utterly disgusting. The whole room smelt like something had died in it. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. DO NOT STAY AT THE PALMS!!!!
