★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I stand by every criticism I gave of the Glenfield store itself, but the customer complaint team behind the franchise has been very responsive.
Donuts are pretty good, and so are the coffees. However, the staff here are inexperienced, slow, or just downright terrible. I came because your food and coffee are great value, but that does not mean you can make up new terms and conditions about your pre-existing promotions on the spot. Shame on you, Dunkin Donuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased pack of 6 donuts from Glenfield. Very excitedly we went home to eat. Me and kids took a bite and noticed taste wasn't right. This is not the first time we have tried Donut from dunkin donut. Called Glenfield store to tell them the same. The lady told me that their donuts are not freshly made, they are delivered from somewhere. I knew that. When asked what will she do about it she replied I will let our kitchen know and there's nothing she can do. Well there goes my $13 and very unhappy kids and I. Would not recommend anyone to go there. I wouldn't even give 1 star but it wouldn't let me post without it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice donut store in Glenfield Mall, I love the Boston creme and the kids like the chocolate glazed, I tried the $6 shake and donut combo which went down a treat, the caramel shake was delicious along with my donut. Nice clean shop with heaps of seating. Good customer service. Takeaway available. Donuts aren't made on site, and the cost is a little pricey which is my only let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff at your Glenfield store on Sunday. My 4 year old had broken his arm and as a treat I took him in to pick out a donut. I ordered and then realised I had left my eftpos card at home...I felt stink for my son but the staff insisted I gave him the donut anyway. Thank u so much I really appreciated it. You put the sunshine in our day ? thank u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best espresso thickshake from here and it was so good! Not to mention the price for a large one is definitely worth it. The maple glazed and strawberry glazed are definitely my favorite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dunkin donuts just aren’t as good as they were compared to 3 years ago or so :( the donuts are overly sweet and the dough isn’t fluffy and yummy and they just taste musty :( would honestly prefer countdown donuts for a fraction of the price :( won’t be returning for a long time :(
