β β β β β The vet saw our little dog after he was attacked by a big dog. Treated for a deep tooth puncture. Now he is back to normal. Very grateful to Glenfield Vets very efficient and handled our traumatized pet well..

β β β β β We went to your clinic because of very, very good recommendations. But my mates forgot to mention I should have avoided the Chinese vet (sorry, couldn't get his name): He doesn't care about anything more than billing and up-selling, while getting everything wrapped up fast. He didn't even bother about checking what we asked, much less doing a full check. He's cold and blunt, and he didn't show any concern or care in the world for our four-legged family member (or us, for that matter). And it was not only us, since my mates literally said they forgot to tell us to avoid this guy.
Today we have to take our furry son, who's still in pain, somewhere else so he can finally be treated.

I was feeling slightly anxious taking my cat to the Vet.
I didn't need to feel anxious at all, the staff were all friendly and very professional. The vet was fantastic!!

We are so glad that we moved into this area and tried out Glenfield Veterinary Clinic. Every time we have been in staff have been great with our wee furbaby, as well as discussing and explaining things well to us.
A bit like the dentist, sometimes a necessary evil, but one that it sure pays to be going somewhere you trust to make it as painless as possible in more ways than one! Thanks team, see you next time ?

β β β β β I took my dog to the Glenfield Vets because he was in a very bad way with a stomach infection.
The entire staff performed
In a very professional way
and even though they were quite worried about him
They put us at ease.
After three days of treatment our dog Baz returned to normal health.
We were expecting a heavy
Bill but was pleasantly surprised with what we were charged.
Although they are not our local vets we will continue to support them.

β β β β β I've dealt with a lot of vets in the past and most of them are quite cold (I guess often it comes with the territory), however they have been un-empathetic which often at a difficult time is something which can make things even worse.
However, the team at Glenfield Veterinary are amazing. Sincere, empathetic and genuinely some amazing human beings. I went through a very difficult time when I lost my support animal and they were honestly amazing. So to Emma and Simeon and the whole team, thank you.
