β β β β β I went there for games for my daughter, which I didn't know alot about. staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, both on the phone and instore. The store is well organized and the parking is good

β β β β β Buy a whole lot of games to find out that I wasnβt awarded the advertised buy 1 get 1 free special as advertised. Then after having to ask them to apply the special to the purchases I find that I wasnβt made aware of the promotion of getting $20 back if I spend $50 or more. When I go back and point it out I am told that it will now be added onto my eb games membership (which they should have done in the first place!). I was then told to wait nearly 2 weeks before I will get an email with my $20 voucher. After several weeks of nothing I have to then go back to the store to be be helped this time by a helpful woman who says she can see the history on her computer and writes all the details down but unfortunately canβt assist further and I am to phone the 0800 eb games number. Well that is useless because after trying each time and waiting a minimum of a half hour to still not have my call answered, no Facebook messages can be sent, phone the store back again to be told they canβt help me. Get your act together eb!
