★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend to anyone!!!!! Diana Good doesn't allow patient enough time to talk and plus they charge too much. Most importantly, does not provide a cure for problems. I think your GPs should get more educations and learn more as these guys have no knowledge.. after almost 20 visits *$59 each visit with NOOOO cure to the sickness. Not recommend.. try cheaper GP which costs $15 per visit anyway if any cure anywhere else. They are so proud of their knowledge.. I guess you better compare your knowledge with others and other countries then you will know my rating will be 5/100 for you guys..considering you have all advance technologies but useless knowledge and content combinations to find the cause of a sickness. Not worth to even try you guys!.. You deserve 1 star rating. Hope more 1 star come then you realize to do more study and care for your patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have registered my family including baby daughter with Dr Diana's practice. I took may baby for regular check ups. Dr Diana Good is really good, experienced and informative. The nurse is very kind and handled my baby very well during vaccination.

From the moment you step in the door, you feel welcome. They are always willing to help and to listen. Dr Diana Good is a highly experienced and dedicated GP who offers unparalleled care to her patients. She often goes above and beyond the call of duty and is one of the most thorough doctors I’ve known. I would highly recommend this practice to any one moving to the area who is looking for a Good Doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Dr Diana Good for probably around 12 years or so. I had had experiences with her at another practice before she took over here and found her to be extremely professional, efficient, easy to understand and a very caring doctor. This is why I followed her to this practice. Vicki is a great practice nurse, who is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. TanIa is a great receptionist, very helpful and nothing is ever a problem, she is very efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Diana as a GP to others.

Very intelligent doctor, to the point and accurate. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.
The best thing I love about This practice is that if I have an appointment at a specific time, I am actually seen at that time. Well managed and punctual. Also in situations of emergency and where possible, doctor has seen us in short notices.
Even though we live out east, I wont change or GP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately had a very negative experience in getting a pre-departure COVID test / fit to fly certificate for international travel.
Booked the test appointment about 3 weeks in advance, sent all of the paperwork required at time of booking, was informed via email that everything had been well-received, then arrived on the day of the appointment to be told by the same receptionist that she couldn't open the file thus requesting a hard copy (without any prior notice). After resolving this, they then informed me that I would have to take my test sample myself to the testing lab in order to get the result on time for my flight. Again, this was not communicated to me in advance, and I was lucky enough to have a reliable mode of transport to be able to do this.
The nurse then advised me that when my test results are available, I would get an automated text message to my mobile first from the testing lab, then I would need to call the medical centre to ask them to check their email for my test results, to proceed with making the fit to fly certificate. I waited over 24 hours and still had not received any text message. With less than 12 hours left until my flight, I called the testing lab and they advised that the test result in fact does not get communicated to me first, but directly to the medical centre as soon as it is ready. So I called the medical centre to follow up and they had already received my test result a while ago (god knows how long), and with the reminder of my phone call they arranged to make my fit to fly certificate and allowed me to pick it up later that afternoon.
Having to travel in this pandemic is stressful enough as it is, and having paid $245 to the medical centre for this service, I expected better. Especially as I know of others who have had much smoother experiences with other medical centres...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not recommend this clinic enough… I have known Dr Marcia Walker for years. She is always so honest, helpful and reliable with me. She is my go to with my child who has a serious heart condition and my child who has Tourette’s…. She is extremely experienced in all fields and has such a lovely disposition when working with her patients xxx I highly recommend her and her team… 20/10… if you are looking for a clinic and GP who really cares, in the area please contact Marcia and her team!!!!
