β β β β β Went to Horizon New Lynn for all my son's scans as everywhere else was booked out. Every time we went we were greeted with the most friendly receptionist Tanleigh! Which was amazing because I was really nervous about my scan. We didn't have the best experience with our Sonographer who was quiet rude however the receptionist made up for it. The next time we came we had a different Sonographer, her name is Aisie who was really amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and really made us have an amazing experience seeing our baby. Thereafter we had the same happy Sonographer and got to meet the friendly receptionist Tanleigh again, who made our experience 10/10. If it wasn't for the amazing receptionist who was so professional, friendly and amazing at her job and Aisie the Sonographer I don't think I would of come back. Amazing service! 5 stars for the receptionist Tanleigh and Sonographer Aisie!

β β β β β I highly recommend this clinic, I injured my leg and managed to get a same day appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and Profesional and the lady the sonographer was great, thanks to her I was diagnosed fast and my leg is back to normal.

I had no choice but to book my growth scan here as it was required for my midwife appointment and everywhere else was fully booked, went in with an open mind but was badly disappointed by the service also. Sadly receptionist wasn't as welcoming as the ones I've encountered in the past. My sonographer had interims of good moments but felt she lacked people skills to be able to connect with her clients. Honestly felt really cold. My scan felt rushed (even though there was no one else in the waiting room) and wasn't as informative or as welcoming as my previous scans. I went in with my partner who had never been to a scan before so was an exciting first experience for him but was sorely let down by it all.
If your not fussed about lack luster service and just need to get things done, I guess you can go here but don't expect the best experience.

β β β β β First time going here the lady who done our early pregnancy scan mis diagnosed a miscarriage and was super rude, she has no interpersonal skills. We left obviously distraught and made a formal complaint. We were promised that she would be put through training so it wouldnβt happen to anyone else! A year + later we are back for another scan and we were unlucky to get her again. She has not improved at all, still super cold and always in a hurry to get you out the door. There is no warmth in the way she talks to patients, especially when it is nerve wracking enough going into these scans in early pregnancy and all you want is a bit of reassurance. You dont get that from her. She has definitely chosen the wrong career! We wont be coming back here again.

β β β β β The Horizon radiology is part of Tatara health clinic Centre. Located in a building just opposite to New Lynn Library and New Lynn train station.
The staff is nice and friendly. Enough waiting room area.
Liked the staff is very good and friendly

β β β β β Great experience! I had all my baby scans here, the staff were really lovely. I felt really comfortable in the clinic, the receptionist was so nice, she made me feel really welcome. The lady that did my scan was wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic!

β β β β β Went to get a scan for my dad and was welcomed by the receptionist Tanleigh. Very warm and welcoming which made my dad feel at ease and relaxed! A happy smile and great customer service is hard to find these days. Will definitely be coming back :)

β β β β β TERRIBLE customer service. Lady who did our scan was super rude and seemed to not be very passionate about her work. Rushed the whole scan even tho no one else was waiting in the waiting room. Gave really short answers for concerning questions I had. This was also my partners first time at a ultrasound for our baby and did not have a good experience at all. Was so excited to see baby and left the clinic feeling uneasy and upset. I recommend another radiology for those who actually want more information about baby and want a better & memorable experience. Definitely not coming back here again!!!
