Place is real good for the price of 150 a week,(includes power and water) and you're allowed to have guests. But Wifi is a bit pricey. There's no parking and you have to be wary of other tenants.

Cheap accommodation but this should not mean a lack of hygiene and cleanliness. The place was absolutely filthy. The sofa in our room looked like someone has urinated on it. Hair and dirt in the shower, carpet was dirty, like wear your shoes at all times kind of dirty, we even bought paper cups to use. The whole place needs a total deep clean from the ground up and a bit of basic maintenance would not go a miss. Shame because with a little bit of work this could be such good accommodation. I would not stay here again.

Lived there in one of the apartments for 6 months. You can’t even have your own internet in the building, they try to force you into using the hotel’s. $100 for 100gb? No thanks. The only worse than the rooms are the staff. 0/10 do stay here. There’s better places for cheaper.

We're to start ........ Pay a bond of over $2000 in dollors to move into a room that has not been cleans beyond measures ..2. never a night were you get a sleep for a period of afew hours . People standing outfront yelling smking by the door that allows you to pass inside consistent yelling has been going on all night trust me I'm not over exsaruating one woman screaming for hours none stop complaints have been made but yet nothing done right to the other tenets in the building yelling out the windows for it to stop. You can not go out the front door without consuming some sort of smke inhale ect also inmates released from prison are released here for stay no air-conditioning in the apartment at all so no fresh airflow what so ever work and income are housing people here with kids as myself with my kids I'm disappointed and descussed with the living environment really needs a wake-up call and a removal of mother's with children it's no place for kids to grow learn and move

Stayed for one night, booked 1 apartment and 1 studio, staff member I dealt with was really nice polite and friendly didn’t even charge us the deposit, upgraded the studio to another 3 bedroom apartment because I requested our rooms be next to each other so bonus 5 kids got their own room, location is great close to the zoo, museum, sky tower etc. has a really really great burger place right downstairs, lots of toiletries and coffee tea etc in each room , bedding was clean and towels, parking was a few minutes walk away but we parked in a paid parking building wasn’t too much $22 for 22 hours , so that’s the good stuff now for the not so good… only one elevator was working we were on the 19th floor so wait time was abit but nothing to crazy however the smell was horrible sometime even had someone come one with a trolley filled with rubbish and smelt of B.O regularly, the rooms could definitely use a deep clean especially the bathroom ceilings and walls ( I recommend shower slippers just to be safe) we didn’t use the kitchens in either room only made a cuppa but we washed all the dishes first, rooms smelt very musty but windows opened for a few hours a fan going and some much needed purfume helped, no tvs worked in one apartment and quite a few things broken, all sorts of people living there which can be off putting ( I’m only being honest) however they were all polite and some really friendly, across the hall the people were having a merry old time loud music and singing and even arguing lucky for us it was absolutely pouring down so we opened the window in our room to drown out the noise, the noise from the street woke us up a few times but hey inner city to be expected, the corridors are filthy and quite daunting, we won’t be staying there again we do like something a bit nicer we like to hang out in our accommodation in between seeing all the attractions with this one we only went back to sleep iv paid cheaper for better.

Pictures are very misleading. Thought it would be a great place to stay for the price and a family of 6 however lasted 3 hours in total and then left. Number of photos taken like mould, stains on furniture, marks and hair on tidy looking bed and in the bed when pulled back cover. Lino was filthy from spills that hadn't been cleaned. Food on the ground and walls had dirt marks over them. List goes on. Wall fell off on to my 6yo kid. One elevator with so many waiting. Smelt very yuk in the one elevator we all used. Fined if you use the stairs but yet when you looked in the door on level 19 your fire exit in emergencies there were no stairs down! Elevator got to level 11 then took us back to level 1 instead of level 19. Would not trust the elevator. Staff were gone so was no one to make a complaint too. Also all walks of every aspect of life staying/living here more of a hostel live in if you had low income. It was absolute not clean did not feel safe on any aspect and Incase of an emergency really felt would be trapped. Will never go back there again.

The room it’s self was nice, but the building as a whole ? Now that’s a different story. Stayed here for 4 days and everyday 1 outta the two of the elevators weren’t working. And the one that was working stopped working at least 3 times a day. Front staff weren’t very helpful, barely said a word, found them quite rude actually. The elevator was probably the most sketchiest elevator I’ve ever been on, DID NOT feel safe leaving my room due to the amount of sketchy tenants lurking around the broken elevator and around outside. Yelling and screaming to all hours of the morning. Had to stay on call with someone because I was scared to enter and leave the building myself. NO parking what so ever , you were lucky if you could find a PAID parking spot and even then parking was around $50+ a day how outrageous. Could smell the stench of queen street from the 17th floor how horrible. Will never be back again and do not recommend this place for anyone travelling to Auckland. Didn’t feel safe leaving my room because of the other people staying there and didn’t feel safe using the elevator. (Got stuck on a floor at one point) BTW the photos on Google look nothing like what it looks like in person….
