★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanilla latte everytime. This is my go to coffee place when I'm at work - which is also dangerous as it's right next to my place of work. I love the service and the team. The coffee is expensive yes, but it's good which is a welcome compromise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there for a quick snack. the lady in the till looks like she hadnt had anything for breakfast . very grumpy and not even a single smile on her face. Coffee was horrible as well i cant even drink it halfway.
too bad. cafe has a very good location and very handy for shoppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best coffee in the northshore hands down! Always go with my partner for a mocha and a latte. All these people complaining about expensive bottled drinks, literally new world is right beside it go get one from there if you're unhappy with their prices. Maybe if you're a better customer, they would be more happy to serve you, I've never had a bad look from any of the staff there ? keep up the good work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee is okay but they only offer a small or large size and it's overpriced for the standard. My glass blown reusable coffee cup fits a size medium coffee but because they only had small or large they charged me the large. Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service delivery from staff member at this establishment. Zero eye contact and no shame in showing discontent for the customers support. Can Absolutely not recommend going there. Waste of time and 30% to 50% more expensive than other cafes in the mall 80% less value.
Asked the staff member why she doesnt deliver the service as expected? She merely replied "I dont like smiling and I dont care what you think".
Not worth the effort going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommended. Not a good range of food to choose from in warmer and it is expensive!. Lady at counter cudnt wait to get rid of me. No smile no eye contact. Tables still with dirty dishes. Then came coffee and lady just put in abruptly on table and left. Not somewhere I would ever spend again!

Breakfast and Lunch Menu choices are good...and afterwards, you have the rest of your hours to shop or watch a movie in the spectacular Westfield Mall.
