★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting, waiting, waiting. Water cold, 3 different ladies. First time ever I had to request the massage chair b turned off. It was too uncomfortable. Not returning. Westcity Henderson Nail places offer better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had read the reviews of this 'salon' before going there for a pedicure, I'm adding yet another 1 star review...Went in for a pedicure after months, my toenails were quite long, she hardly cut them and didn't do the dead skin around my toes. I kept asking her to cut them shorter so she would cut a tiiiiiiiiiny bit off, in the end I gave up asking. I paid 38 and I had to come home and do her job for her. The 'massage' was literally just tickling my shin with her fingernails, yes, that's right, tickling. I moved from the area where I used to get my pedicure, but this shop has put me off looking for a new pedi home, instead I will drive 30 mins to where I was getting them done. I invite the manager to come with me, you and your staff could learn alot. I do not recommend Everlast nails.
The photos I have provided are from the salon I normally go to... I thought I'd post them so everlast staff can see how to do the massage properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start walked in feeling confident I asked how much it would be for normal polish acrylics she said $48 and told me if I want coffin it’s an extra $10! For the length that I was okay with cause you get what you pay for obviously I asked her why it was an extra $10 as I didn’t mind she was so rude she raised her tone and said excuse me do you not understand straight away from struggling with anxiety it kicked in I said never mind it’s okay and laughed it off I went to take a seat and another lady started doing my nails she rushed me to pick a colour as they are so many options I didn’t even get a minute to choose then half way in to doing my nails she’s getting up and down up and down serving other people while touching them and not sanitising and she didn’t even change the towels from the costumers walking in and out very unhygienic specially during covid then she gets up without a word and walks up starting someone else’s toes then some other lady jumps in does my nail polish and rushes it and goes done after she had just been touching someone’s feet yet didn’t wash her hands and went back to touching there feet again! They were talking about me as I can understand there language i so wish I spoke back to them and shocked them very unprofessional on top of that i paided an extra $10 for no reason as they are very short in the end I just walked out and didn’t even say thank you I was so shocked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got plain gel acrylics today, lady was rude and rough with my hands made me feel super uncomfortable, I felt like a burden on them and it all just felt rushed, had 2 ladies doing my nails at once. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Everlast in Albany mall today. Asked to have acrylics with ombre. She did my nails in Ombre like I asked it came out bright pink you could hardly see the white. She just started filing the top coat off the nail because she said it was too pink. After filing the top coat off she just dipped my nails into the dipping powder again so it was really uneven and so bumpy the nails had no shape and so thick. OMG the worst experience I have ever had. They charged me $80 and my nails were absolutely horrible.I walked out took one look at my nails and I went back straight away to ask if they can fix it so the owners said if I want it fixed I need to pay more as the service is alread completed. I then asked her if she was happy for me to promote her business with my nails looking the way it is.She told me to sit down so she put stick on nails on and put a gel coat over it. My
fingers are sore from all the filing. The HYGIENE IN this place is also so bad they use the same tools amongst different people.They don't sanitise the tools they just put them in the drawer for the next person. DO NOT GO HERE! IT IS BAD AND THE ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my lashes done here 3 days ago. My eyes are still red and I had to go to the doctor to get special eye drops to help heal the chemical burn. This place offers the worst customer service and will not offer refunds even for there own mistake. Very bad service, for the first time in 15 years of having my lashes done this has happened and Im still shaking from my experience. Also the manager was so rude I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time with perfection nails and spa was an expensive mistake. I am leaving this review to warn others not to waste their money here or be put off eyelash extensions due to the extremely substandard service
offered by this rip off establishment. my eyelash extensions fell out after one week, I had them put in the weekend prior to Easter weekend. When I went back prepared to pay for an infill and give them a second chance, thinking perhaps an apprentice/inexperienced staff issue was the cause?
I was told that it was my fault that they had fallen out after one week and that I would need to pay for a full set......what a rip off!!! Its not my first time with eyelash extensions, I have had a long break from eyelash extensions due to the long lockdowns and normally get them done in Takapuna and so I know that for me they normally need an infill every 2 weeks. So the issue is their staff not my particular eyes or any lack of care on my part.
Considering how they handled this issue I would recommend avoiding any services from this establishment, dont waste your money here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The supervisor was very rude for a supervisor. I took some time to choose a colour because my nails were just painted, but she was still extremely impatient. The quality of my manicure was the worst I've ever seen. I asked for oval but the staff who attended to me gave irregular shapes for each of my nails. Not even close to the oval shape.
In addition, this is the most unhygienic nail salon I've been to. They don't change their towels regularly and did not clean the cuticle remains.
Price might be cheap but it's not worth it. I recommend going to a better nail salon. Hope this one closes down.
