★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a remnant of new carpet to the Botany store, with measurements for three mats I required: got back three tiny mats, no where near the size I wanted. Now I have no more carpet, and I’m out of pocket, by $74.
Phoning the staff at the store was not helpful, as they simply don’t return calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great customer service! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Kritika, who was super helpful with helping me find a new carpet! props to her for being so lovely and sweet she even helped carry the carpet all the way to the car. I would defiantly come back :)

I wanted to use and then comment on the quality so now after few months use I’m confident in the rug quality and wearing.
