Carole went above and beyond for me at animates on Tuesday. Absolutely amazing customer service, better then I have ever had anywhere else EVER.
Thank you for your amazing tips and knowledge for me as I am getting my first dog. If it wasn’t for Carole I would not know what I am doing!! Takanini shop is closer to me and where I live however because of my experience and Carole I will always come back to manukau animates from drury.
Thanks Carole and see you in a few weeks after puppy’s shots!!

I have been at this well known spot in Hamilton many times over my life, it is amazing to see how they keep providing the great experience, with something new each time, to add a little mystery to each visit. We enjoyed the fairly new water features which have interactive opportunities for the young and old to try. Loved our latest visit with my Grandchildren and had to finish with the obligatory ice cream as seen in the photos.

Carol was fantastic and so passionate about fish, she helped my 7 year old daughter setup tank and gave her the knowledge to care for her fish. Daughter loves going to animates and talking to carol about fish and how to look after them properly.
