Then we heard about Evans Property Management, and everything became super easy! Janine is super lovely to deal with, professional, responsive, and in tune with our needs. She also answers all of our questions as they come up so quickly and so well. She found us the perfect family in less than 2 weeks. We know we are in good hands and highly recommend her!!

She came and chatted with us about what we wanted. and from there on Janine organised the whole rental, viewing, kept us up to date with everything that happened. Made good suggestions, really dealt with everything in a very positive, professional manner. It all just felt easy and seemed to fall into place. She made the process of being able to rent a lovely place and kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way. Would most certainly deal with her again. Janine listened to what we would like and went out of her way to make sure our requests were passed on to the landlords.

She has provided lots of sound advice on tenancy details that had not occurred to me, she has organised tradespeople to provide services quickly (in an era when it is often difficult to find busy tradespeople available at all), takes great care in vetting the tenants she places, and is an absolute delight to work with.
