★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are really helpful. When I purchased my new bike they talked me through the benefits of the different service plans without pushing it on me, which actually gave me the confidence to buy it on the day.
They also gave me some tips on how to care for my new bike between services which I really appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never purchase a bike from here again. First bike I've ever bought. Had my bike just over a month and the whole side mechanism on back tire ripped off. Then when I took it into the shop they tried to say I damaged it by dropping the bike on its side and it might not be covered by Warrenty. Have literally never dropped the bike and stored it in a private bike rack under cover. Eventually they fixed it and covered it after much discussion but I'm really disappointed in the service and the quality of the $600 bike that apparently will fall apart if its dropped or knocked on its side slightly. The bike is not fit for purpose and I believe is made poorly or is a return that was resold to me as had quite a few scratches when I bought it that I thought may have been from when it was assembled but now thinking about it doesn't make sense.

Especially as customer service sometimes can vary in stores due to busyness etc however on two seperate occasions now I have been in to this branch of EVO & as a serious buyer ready to purchase a bike one for myself one for my partner (a few months later) & both times been completely ignored & left wandering around the store while the staff chat amongst themselves. Needless to say I spent my money else where. Step your game up guys this is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today with the express intent to purchase a bike. I was the only customer in store, yet was completely ignored by the 3 staff behind the counter having a yarn. I looked at bikes and gave them some time to finish their chat and acknowledge me, but it didn't happen. Gave up and left. Do better guys. Edited to show time at store - 4:38pm.
