★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally misleading and disappointing. Sheridan NZ online site is the Australian site. Beyond annoying as the site knows your location (has GPS location ability AND knows your loaded address information) YET the prices you see displayed are actually AUD. Delivery costs displayed are for within Australia....the pricing only changes to NZD and NZ shipping at final checkout. Further to that if you subscribe to emails you will be advised of 'free delivery' promotions for VIP members and again you will discover this promotion is only for Australia when they are fully aware you are not in Australia. Beyond poor and simply lazy as they more than likely ship NZ orders from their NZ stores :-( They suggest the URL being 'au' should tell you the prices are AUD but I shop online often and certainly this site is the only one unable to acknowledge where their customer is. With the new GST regulations hopefully Sheridan will put this issue as a priority to sort out.

Even after spending few hundreds on bed sheets and I had to carry two handfuls for about a kilometer she refused bags saying they are for towels. Though I like Sheridan products I don't think I want to go to outlet again. Would rather buy from farmers who are happy to give a bag for purchases

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great range of goods went one day and bought 2 cushions and hand towels, liked the cushions so much that went back the next day and bought 2 more cushions,great value at 2 for the price of 1,you can find some great quality bargains

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst experience. Indian lady surprisingly dont know what she is doing. She sold us wrong product. Worst customer service from her and very unprofessional staff. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. when they selling it they are friendly but if its faulty or something they will not help you at all. So be carefull instead try farmers they are far better and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke. Have brought a tonne of stuff from this store in the last 2 years and the women that served me on my last visit (2months ago) was rude, intense and over charged me. I even sent my partner in because this women is so intense. She snatched the phone off my partner to talk to me. I have tried to contact Sheridan Head office and everyone tells me it isnt the right department. I have had enough. Naomi the Regional manager is meant to contact me but 2months and still nothing.
The call centre I keep getting in Aussie says it's not their problem because they look after online and will get someone to contact me back but this is beyond a reasonable length of time. All I want to know is if I am in the right or wrong? I brought sheets at boxing day sales and went back to switch the colour. Same style. Same size. And she charged me extra. She spoke to me in such a patronising way and snatched my receipt off me twice!!! Since, I have even been into the Onehunga store (where the ladies where lovely and the most helpful so far) told me that it should of just been a swap for swap. No money should have changed hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not purchase from Sheridan Outlet online store. They have a NZ looking website but are Australian based and require all items to be sent back to Australia with a 6-8 week wait time to just check the items are going to be covered.
I have emailed them 5 times over a whole month about faulty product, and nobody listens. They take 5-6 days to reply only to send another exact same return slip. It’s not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time been here, easy parking. The place itself was well laid out between the different sized sheet and duvet sets. Got good service from the team member and she was very reassuring. Most items are between 50 and 60% off as it is either end of line or over stocked. I would recommend having a look here
