Fabio worked with us from November 2021 when our daughter asked him to assist in helping us find a new home in Christchurch.
Having never lived in Christchurch, we were at at loss at how the market worked there. Fabio solved that for us by listening to our needs and matching homes for sale that he felt would fit.
The fact they we were not coming down to CHCH until February 2022 to view homes did not halt his efforts or enthusiasm. He sent us monthly reports on houses, where they sat in the market and their sale results.
When we did finally get to CHCH and meet Fabio, he did not disappoint and showed us houses to our taste, needs and budget. Most importantly he worked for "US.”
He went above and beyond and represented us at the auction (as we returned to Kapiti), the result of which is the purchase of a beautiful home which meets our every need.
We could not have achieved this without Fabio’s tireless efforts and professionalism.
We cannot thank you enough Fabio. Harcourts you should know you have a true, trustworthy friendly professional amongst you.
