β β β β β We have had an excellent relationship with Sandy and the Professionals team. We bought the property from Professionals and they put us in contact with the property management team, we have been with them ever since. Their inspections are conducted throughly and if anything needs attention we are contacted promptly. As we are busy people ourselves Sandy makes it easy as she handles all repairs/maintenance issues for us always getting quotes firstly then once agreed to by us gets the issues resolved. They have found us excellent tenants who look after our property. We highly recommend their services.

Looks after properties well - ensures quality repairs/maintenance are completed in a timely manner, and ensures good rental cash flows. In some an excellent property manager.

β β β β β I've dealt with my property manager Sandy Clark for 1 year now. In this time I have always found her approachable, conscientious, thorough and great to deal with. She is always prompt to deal with and as well as being very good at problem solving she also has a relentless 'can do' attitude who works extremely hard for both her tenants and landlords.
I would highly recommend her.

MurrayΝ was very proffesional easy to deal with and listened to what we wanted to achieve, had excellent market knowledge and contacts that ended in a great result. Great with contact, follow up and keeping us informed through out the sale process.

They have seen me through a few properties, always been understanding & kind!
My current property manager under The Professionals - Sandy is an absolute dream of a Property Manager to deal with! She's seen our family grow, she's helped us find new properties that better suit our needs when we've had to upside or move due to owner occupation.
Honestly I cannot fault this company & would highly recommend using this company for all your property needs!

She ensures that as a landlord my properties are up to scratch, keeping me in line!! and expects tenants to maintain them to the same exacting standards.
