β β β β β Unreasonably high prices have setup for most of their products.
Bad customer services. I went once and asked if they have a makeup foundation, the staff just told me they donβt know maybe they should have, finally they found out a product saying this is probably the makeup foundation. Probably!!? Therefore, I have asked if there is a sample can show me what does it look like? They just told me, No! The product is VERY expensive they cannot open it.
What!!!? SO it is expensive and your customers need to wish their luck so they can actually buy something that they suppose to buy!!! Or if they didnβt get lucky they will spend about $200 and buying something they donβt want.
This is just ridiculous even selling house has open homes and their expensive makeup foundation doesnβt have a sample.
And more this product can be bought anywhere online with much better deal than what they have offered.
Not a place that I would recommend you to go and itβs better to keep distance from.

β β β β β I love coming here to buy cosmetics. They have a bigger range of products than some of the other Japanese stores. While the prices are a bit more expensive than what you can get in Japan, I think it's still worth it. Really clean store as well, and easy to find the specific products that I want. They've also opened a store in Albany, which is more spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. They don't follow you around the store, unlike some of the other Asian cosmetic stores. I always have a pleasant shopping experience here

β β β β β Yesterday I came up to this shop and had made a call before since we are still in level 3 when I arrived there the door was closed and there were 2 notes stick on the door said to come back 5 minutes and the other one coming back 20 minutes and I wait till 20 minutes for the worst delay, but the door still close and lots of big boxes still in front of the door, I called them to make sure how long should I wait and the girl who picked up the phone said maybe they will open 30 more minutes and I said please make up your word are you sure you'll open in another 30 mins and then she said maybe more longer. OMG!! I came along from Henderson just to buy your stuff and I have to wait for don't know how long you will be opened and you didn't say apologies or anything for waiting for nothing, and you didn't say so you have tons of stuff need to put away when I called you before I come.

I went there 8th Dec around 1pm.
Pick up the cream and went to the counter to pay.
A young man sitting on the chair.
No welcoming, no eye contact, not even say thanks or bye.
What a horrible customer service.
Thanks for ruining my feeling for an hour.

- As mentioned by another user, this is NOT a genuine Daikoku franchise store.
- There is a good range of products that seem to be genuine. Many of which I have purchased in Japan.
Currently they require vaccine passes to enter even though they are not a restaurant.
The staff:
- The staff are Chinese and NOT Japanese.
- I have visited twice and on both occasions the staff have unfortunately been very rude and abrupt.

β β β β β There is a complete range of products. The most exciting thing is that you can still book products that are not available. There were many people when I went, It would be nice if the shop was bigger.

β β β β β Had a browse in this store for the first time the other day. I also asked the staff member why they are still having their Christmas display up in the windows as its now May. The staff member just laughed at me. I found that so rude. So I will not be going in here again and will not recommend to anyone.

β β β β β Very interesting store. Exploring around the city and found this store. Lots of Japanese foods. There are ranging from snacks, instant noodles, lollies, drinks, cosmetics, daily utensils, medicines and etc. The store decoration likes typical Japanese store. Nice store to explore. Not a typical store to get your daily supplies.
