β β β β β I have bought a few appliances here and now would not shop anywhere else now. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Their discounts in-store are better than anywhere else and they are always happy to help and advise. These are the businesses we should support regularly to keep them going.
Thanks for all your help and support guys. Keep it real, keep it local.

β β β β β I'm not normally one to right reviews but these guys deserve it. After driving over half of Auckland looking to buy a fridge, these guys, in particular Andrew, were absolutely amazing. I was not dressed up and had been ignored by all the retailers and sales people at other businesses I had visited prior to Magness Benrow but these guys gave me amazing customer service and I was not judged by my appearance. Andrew was very knowledgeable, I told him what I was needing and asked for his opinion and he suggested many points across the fridges I was looking at that I hadn't even thought of. Andrew made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I purchased the Fridge on Saturday and it was delivered to my house Tuesday. No delays, very efficient. The delivery guys were great! They were very careful and even moved my old fridge into the garage for me. A+++++ will be coming here for any new appliances in the future.

β β β β β It's a very difficult time to navigate supply constraints and these guys do it masterfully - great service and great prices. Bill at North Shore (and Ross and Richard) do an outstanding job of customer support, and solved an issue for us very quickly indeed - when F&P's washer specs changed without warning! Top team, highly recommended.

β β β β β I go online to but a stickblender for a friends birthday, 5 working days out from her day to give plenty of time to process the order. I find the unit I want, showing as available ex stock. Great! Order it for Constellation pick up. I hear no more. The day before her birthday I ring Constellation, spoke to "Dave" . Now this guy honestly needs to change careers clearly retail is not his gig. He says to me its not in stock, I say well your online ordering system says it is... "I've got nothing to do with online orders!" he barked. "nothing I can do about it" I told him you represent the company, and saying it's not his problem to a customer is like OOOOKKKKK. After a few curse words he hangs up on me! I rang back straight away and talked to another guy, I said to that guy, A guy called Dave just hung up on me! Oh that's the manager he said" I was like WTAF? Long story short I cancelled the order and this is the 1st, and last time i'l ever shop with those clowns. Adrian and John from magness benrow... Why don't you spend less money on radio ads and more on customer relations / conflict resolution... Idiots

β β β β β Christmas coming and my fridge decided to go into decline. Scary stories about supply chain delays had me very worried. However, as has been my habit for years, I checked the website, picked my model, and gave Magness Albany a ring. Within minutes, they confirmed my order and booked delivery. This amazing service is why I keep coming back.....Brilliant!

β β β β β Don't buy from here.. horrible customer service. Waiting for an order for a moth now. Don't call them, you'll get insulted. Just avoid the place as much as you can. I wish I could say something good about this place but it's impossible.
