★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our experience from the first consultation to the end result was very professional and even though we had one very very minor issue that was promptly rectified. The installers were very professional and we are very happy with the results. The icing on the cake was we were fortunate to win a prize.
We have no qualms in recommending Choice Flooring Northshore to anyone wanted a great experience.

They really did look after me from the start of the process to the finish. I ordered flooring for my dining and kitchen area which turned out exactly as I had hoped. Then, because the process was so smooth and easy, I ordered more flooring from Choices Flooring North Shore for installation in the bedrooms. Can't recommend them enough.

The ability to easily super impose different flooring options onto photos on the website was fantastic. The team were flexible with scheduling in both the hard flooring and the carpet, amazing execution and result, super helpful and friendly. Made our space really come alive. Highly recommend!

Very Patient with me choosing lots of different samples to look at and changing my mind 20 times :)
Great Showroom and friendly staff.
Install went without a hitch and they did a great job.
They met all the dates they promised and kept me up to date with timing throughout the entire process.
Price was on par with other leading companies.
Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to use these guys. The products I purchased were Hybrid hard flooring for the kitchen and carpet for the rest of the house.
Very happy with Both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic service from Nicola, Ian and Steve - they are all such lovely people and did an incredible job installing new flooring in the living and dining areas, staircases and hallway of our family home. They handled the job from start to finish - removing and disposing of the old carpet, preparing the floor and then installing the flooring. The work was done promptly because we had a tight timeframe and everything was done to an extremely high standard. They are so good that we started recommending them to our friends before the job was even finished! We had gotten quotes from several other flooring installers in the North Shore and Choices was clearly the best option because the people you speak to in the store are the people who will actually handle the job - we got a lot of misinformation from others and other businesses were not willing or able to handle the job from start to finish. With Choices, it is obvious that the team is incredibly experienced and really knows what they are doing. We are EXTREMELY happy with the finished result and can't wait to get them back to do the rest of the house. We really can't recommend the team at Choices North Shore highly enough.
