★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was absolutely thrilled (not)to be waiting in line with my friend - who got served first and then as I waited right after her at the counter with my product I was wanting to buy , both staff stand there chatting, minutes later to say oh are you ok… no I would like to buy this, then one staff turns to the other and says are you going to serve her… she replies no I clocked off 47 seconds ago…. Wow I was shocked, how rude and unprofessional to say such a thing right infront of a customer who if she had of served straight away would have been within her work hours. If I could lay a complaint I would. This was centre place typo at just before 5pm Friday 13 may.and then very shortly after as she made me wait so long. There were only two staff working. A make and female so will be easy for you to figure out who she was and maybe have a chat about client care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a drink bottle at Typo in centre place Hamilton and asked the lady at the front and showed her it was only $10 online. She explained to me that it’s only that price online and not in store buttt she kindly did me a deal with a calendar! So in the end I got the bottle for the same price as online:) As someone who works in customer service I appreciate people that put in the extra effort and who are kind and helpful! Don’t know her name, but thank you!
