★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me extra when I’m already exempted for the year. When I asked about it, the pharmacist just gave me an excuse ‘oh because we don’t usually look everyone up’. It’s December/January, you should look up everyone on how many prescription items they have. I was gonna make here as my local but have a change of mine now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Fendalton Mall Pharmacy regularly (at least once a month) for around 14 years and they're great. Their pharmaceutical knowledge and advice is helpful, and their customer service is excellent. They have a very good range of gifts alongside health and wellbeing products as well as their dispensary. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a regular customer here however there is such a rude Indian Pharmacist plus there is an aged female serving at the counter that has an extremely abrupt manner. I can however recommend Alabasters in Merivale as they are always pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has been in here recently for booster. Absolutely disorganised 30 minute wait when she had a prebooked appointment. Multiple people with same time but those who turned up 30 minutes late to there booked time get served right away.
The dinosaur in charge of Covid boosters is one of the rudest people my wife has come across. We have changed pharmacies, stay away
