★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 boxes of nappy for my child!! How will I supposed to carry it,?? The staff said she didn't know how will I carry it????? They supposed to help right???
They should have the common sense to help the customer to at least put a handles on it by putting clear tape for me to carry TWO BOXES AT LEAST!!!
VERY BAD EXPERIENCES FOR ME TO PICKUP UP MY BULK orders??? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't even acknowledged trying go get my perscription filled for 10 mins. Then sent to the other counter and waited for 10 mins there and no one helped. They just ignored me. Just go to the south city one, theyll actually help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and well presented store, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, pharmacists included and management team were awesome as well! Parking out front gets a little congested between 11:30am and 1:30pm sometimes, but plenty of parking nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange layout with two “pay here” desks at each end of the store. Went to one and was turned away to pay - had to go to the one that was mall side.
Waited for 10min for a script and found what I needed easily. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by a male pharmacist for a consultation who reluctantly agreed to it and then just walked off into the consult room shutting the door in my face leaving me outside the room. He sat at a desk and then faced the wall and I had to sit in a chair behind him and answer his questions that he fired at me. He was the rudest unhelpful staff member I have come across, it was though I was just a nuisance for taking up his time! I then went to the Bargain Warehouse in Hornby and the pharmacist and staff were absolutely amazing! Sooo friendly and interested in you.. I couldn’t believe the difference and told them so! I know where I will be shopping in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the store does not have any sense of customer service. even with eight to nine brains all working together, they could not even think of a simple solution such as putting up a sign notifying customers that their EFTPOS machine was down.
Customers wasted 20 over minutes queuing just to be told that they only can pay by cash. Another staff told an elderly customer that she was unable to put back the items for him as he did not have any cash with him, she told him to put it back himself......seriously.

I came into this store looking for a certain product, and therefore located the right department and location fairly quickly. The item appeared to be out of stock as there was none on the shelf, so I went up to the counter and asked the staff member if she was able to search it on the computer and see if there might be any out back. She was a new staff member, and was really nice, friendly, and did her best to help me. She was able to see that yes, there might be some out back, but because she was new she couldn’t help any further, and to find another staff member. So far, all is well.
I find a group of staff members who are rearranging a bunch of vitamins, so I apologised for taking them away from what they were doing, but was anyone able to help me. One of them broke away from the group and came over to assist. However, she didn’t look at me, or speak to me once. I was quite shocked at how this kind of behaviour (basically ignoring customers) was deemed acceptable, as no one else from that group of staff acknowledged me either. The product ended up being located, but still in this whole interaction, the staff member never once spoke to me.
It’s a shame, because the girl at the counter was lovey and helpful. Maybe that’s because she is new, and hasn’t realised yet that Chemist Warehouse doesn’t expect friendliness and civility from their staff. I really expected better.

It’s only 8:30pm when I came at the shop (Tuesday) and the guy standing at the door who looks like a guard keeps walking around many times and checking on us but never asked us if we need help. And the ladies at the counter should not be working here because they don’t look happy with their job. We feel like they want us to leave the shop very quickly so that they can close it before 9pm. How rude these staffs. That lady “Maebelyn” doesn’t even know how to greet or smile at the counter while we’re paying. Instead she just show us an annoyed face. Hey lady if you don’t like your job better quit. To the business owner, You should trained your staffs very well so people keep coming back at your shop. You will never be successful guys with a bad attitude like that.
