★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude and unwelcoming staff . Did not refund my money when i wanted to return an item which was not even opened and only after one day and i had the receipt as well. Reason given was its their policy not to refund and when i asked where can i see the policy the person started scrolling through his computer looked clearly guilty! at this point i left totally disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was on the phone on speaker. No other customers were in the shop. I was asked to leave while on the phone, so I did and finished up my phone call. Returned to accounter and immediately apologised. Which i should have but i wasn't expecting after apologizing was to be called rude and berated. Especially when the only thing i was interrupting with my call was thier non work related conversation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff at this pharmacy, suggest avoiding if possible. My wife and four year old twins went to pick something up quickly, my wife was told to control her children when they were doing nothing more than chatting and laughing to each other. Reflects other comments here so no surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff however the operating hours can be a bit all over the place. Sometimes close early. Have been let down more than once when in need of important repeat prescriptions. I see they are closed 3 consecutive days over Waitangi weekend :( When it comes to health you need dependability.
