★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up to get fax number for urgent script. When I arrived nobody had bothered to check fax machine, script was sitting there all this time. Tried to say I had to wait as they were busy. Poor attitude. No apology. Don't bother coming here for anything important or urgent or even if you just expect good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless! Government website states this pharmacy to be an active RAT (Rapid Antigen Test) location yet on arrival was told the only "qualified/trained" person/s who administers/supervisors the tests were on holiday?!?!
There were like 3-4 employees working on this day and it isn't a hard test to administer whatsoever, the patient is the one who reams the swab into their nose themselves then taken and placed into a medical test tube/vial then dabbed onto test it's that simple I could do it with my eyes closed.
THIS VIRUS ISN'T GOING AWAY SO ALWAYS KEEP A TRAINED PERSON ONSITE!!
EITHER TRAIN MORE PEOPLE OR UNLIST YOURSELF FROM THE GOVERNMENT WEBSITE SO VISITORS TO YOUR CITY LIKE MYSELF DON'T SPEND UNNECESSARY MONEY ON UBER TO GET THERE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small one but right next to the clinic with internal access. Fast services. Friendly and helpful staff. Prescriptions are sent through directly from GP making it super convenient and will tribes contacts and risks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience today with Ellie was horrible. Have been going to that pharmacy since ages and always have a pleasant one, no complains at all. Ellie, you are the face of a business, please learn to listen to the customer, not telling that the customer is always right, but at least listen and apologise if necessary.
The other pharmacist who was helping her was very polite and he sorted me out in no time.
