β β β β β Unwilling to aid those who are experiencing financial hardship, wouldn't even pause interest for one week. Accused of not honouring my payment plan and threatened action despite the fact that payments had been kept up with on time as promised.
Worst customer service I've dealt with, claims that a hard copy third party authorisation form needed to be MAILED to them in order to be able to speak with someone on my behalf. Never had to do this before. Purposely difficult money hungry sharks.

β β β β β A company full of liars. I never had any issues with my first loan. Paid it back in full 2 weeks earlier then went to reapply a week later only to be declined. i just don't understand what changed. My income and out goings are still the same, so did yous just run out of money? Wouldn't recommend you to anyone. A company that is not persistent at all.

β β β β β I have not reviewed in error. I have reviewed in relation to the awful experience I have had in dealing with my partners account. You have threatened legal action against him despite him not breaching the payment arrangement at the frequency and amount requested by Ferratum. Ferratum is NOT a responsible lender and their customer service is a joke.

β β β β β Below is my first review, which was favorable. Ive been a customer of Ferratum for a long time. But in last couple of days went to borrow again, and they have now changed their system, and require you to provide 3 months bank statements to a 3rd party Credit Company. What I am annoyed about is there was NO NOTICE from Ferratum that this change was going to happen. I was happy to pay their HUGE fees and Interest rate because I could pick up the phone and get funds in an instance.... Now they want you to go through the Credit Check (which is the same for many other 'normal' lending institutions), and still charge their huge fees. I used Ferratum because I could get quick "off the radar" loans. I have never missed a beat with repayments (in fact Ferratum OWE ME MONEY, as in some instances Ive paid back a few days early...). I cannot believe they have put a GOOD customer like me into the 'new' system, without even advising me first. I would have been happy to sign a document saying I want to stay in the 'OLD SYSTEM'..... VERY POOR customer service here Ferratum.....You have let your loyal customer base down. If anyone is after an "off the radar" loan, I do not think Ferratum fits that category any longer.... I wonder if this will be the 'beginning of the end' for Ferratum? I now have to go and seek out an alternative funder that supplies quick funds without the hassle and 'footprint' the new Ferratum system forces you to have....Thanks Ferratum.....!!!!
MY PREVIOUS POST>>>> Ferratum provide funds quickly into account. Its not cheap!.... I think once someone has established a good record with them, they should lower the setup fee and interest rate (doesnt seem fair that someone with good history has to subsidise those who dont pay back on-time....). Also the $1000 limit is a bit out-of-date....could be increased to $1500 or higher for those with good transaction history. But overall OK

β β β β β I've found the staff at Ferratum to be friendly, efficient and also very fast at what they do. Within minutes off applying you'll hear from them and they keep you updated every step of the way through until the funds reach your account. I definately reccomend to anyone who is in need of a short term loan. 5stars from me.
