But staff is friendly and helpful.
Hope new piers that launch 5 July 2021 would be much much better for high demand and for COVID crowds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2016 we made an adventure of a lifetime to New Zealand. We stayed in Auckland for about 5 days and luved each minute. We got the ferry to the beautiful wine island of Waiheke Island.
The people at the terminal were great and very courteous and helpful and it made our experience very relaxed and joyful and less stressful.
The ferry was very clean easily late out and rolls are regulations where late out very clear and clearly stated as well.
