★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not usually write negative reviews so I’m not quite sure how to convey how disappointing this hotel is.
If you can, I would seriously consider staying somewhere else.
The reception area is as unwelcoming as the disinterested gentleman who handed us our key & (I soon discovered) is a sign of things to come.
Our room was teeny tiny & overlooked the car park. Positives, the heater worked & the bathroom is modern but with a shower which didn’t drain (as another reviewer observed, a very unusual shower design).
We had only reserved one night & were told in a roundabout way how lucky we should consider ourselves as they don’t usually take bookings for one night.
In hindsight I also considered ourselves very fortunate to have only booked one night!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the price of $191 for x3night double-room with bathroom ensuite is considered good deal. Room is sunny and clean, with balcony that offer mountain and a bit of lake view, has fridge and kettle but no microwave. Guy on reception counter is friendly. Could be better IF: TV reception signal is stronger for clearer image, need much more powerful showerhead (have to double the time that I usually spent on shower) and a more powerful hairdryer that is actually functioning.
Won't recommend for people who don't drive AND don't like to walk (especially in cold season) as it's not sitting right in the town.
Good thing is quiet, plenty of parking outside the unit block. Request for room on ground floor if you couldn't handle even just 1 storey stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place needs someone to love it! Room ok wth comfortable bed but right next to noisey fridge, we had bought our own milk, cos none was offered and no toiletries, which isn't a must, but we forgot the soap! Budget price for budget room.

Refunded for the last two...by next day.
Noisy others and a bad bed made me not feel safe or comfortable.
Our room was clean and updated.
No kitchenette. Only jug and fridge...no milk supplied.
Staff x 1 was hardworking and helpful.
Yes only 1 for the whole complex....thanks to him for his understanding.. you are most appreciated.
It's clear the photos online do not represent the actual complex now and that it needs alot of work to bring it back to its former glory.
Yes they have started, our room being one done up to a basic level.
Covid...yep i understand.
Great price but there is no games room( pool table only works), no pool, no mini golf, no bar, no kitchen or restaurant.
You can use a microwave in the games room( needs cleaned) and the whole place needs a vacume and airing.
