★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful place to stay. Kerri made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves in this beautiful spot. From suggestions for the perfect walk to the best place for dinner and breakfast too she was spot on. The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed. The view is spectacular. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed at Radfords on the Lake for the first 2 night of our honeymoon. The room and views were amazing! The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We accidentally left our passports behind and Kerri was so kind as to organise transport for them to be sent back to us. She continuously checked in until we received them and we could tell she genuinely cared. Thank you Radfords for a beautiful stay, we can’t wait to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room I had was so well presented, comfortable and attention to detail was so impressive. However that is not why I am giving this wonderful motel 5 stars. Kerri the owner and hard working manager was tops!!!! I was in her office as she welcomed other guests, answered inquiries or dealt with staff. Her energy and positive attitude is why this motel is so special. She genuinely cares for her customers and this comes so naturally to her......so if you are staying in Te Anau, do check out Kerri and Radfords on the Lake....you will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start! Right from when you first arrive, Kerri makes you feel very welcome. Kerri is a wealth of knowledge and with her attention to detail, calming energy and great sense of humour, honestly you could not be in better hands. Kerri is born into this profession, no Fawlty Towers here!
The rooms/amenities are spotless and in great working order. The bed was amazingly comfortable.
We can't wait to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! After staying at motels & hotels throughout the South Island, everything at this motel stood out from the rest. Our lakeside unit was immaculately presented with a luxurious decor, beautifully comfortable new bed and so many little extras - too many to list! Kerri the host was very welcoming & helpful, booking our spectacular Doubtful Sound cruise & even giving us heavy duty raincoats to borrow as it was snowing. Would love to return & highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Te Anau.
