It is not about the personal car parking issue but it is about the way a person talks to someone who is onsite and came to talk.
Rudeness in Any matter is not a quality to have by a person working in public dealing and customer service.
Anyway it is what it is and nature of a person cannot be changed by his occupation.
And as of taste of food and service plays a very small part in hospitality industry customers retention is based on how well is a person treated by the staff.
You can call this review as fake but it does reflect the staffs attitude towards the customers and people the restaurant exists around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your looking for delicious Indian food at a reasonable price this place hidden in the heart of Royal Oak tucked away behind kfc is the place to go. Meals were very delicious and the bill was quite reasonable for 8 people I'd say. Don't take my word for it give it a try for yourself you won't be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely food, was very quiet onna Saturday afternoon for lunch. We got our food quickly as a result and had great service from the lady there. Portions are good sized and food is flavourful. Large dining area and i think can hold functions too.

The staff are always friendly and the food is incredibly good. Great value for money.
The Goat curry with spinach & cheese naan is delicious. I can’t wait to come back!
