Electus Computers started off as a small at-home business for Samsher Bhullar in 2001. But before he knew it, his one room office expanded to half a building and onto a 280 sq. meters of showroom and repair centre.
Electus Computers isn't your usual electronics retailer and repairs service. This is because, despite the big space, the typical computer gadgets, home appliances, phones, and home theatre systems, Samsher and His team maintain a very personal and friendly relationship with their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company. Purchased an iphone which had faulty speakers as soon as we received it. We sent the phone back and it was "repaired" on 4 separate occasions over the course of 10 months. After asking repeatedly for a replacement and then finally for a refund, this was continuously denied. Had to go through trademe disputes to finally get a replacement phone (was impossible to get a refund from this company). We had purchased a new phone elsewhere by this stage so the replacement was a poor resolution after so much mucking around.

I am in Christchurch and have been communicating with him after I bought a second hand phone from Electus .I am an older person and needed to transfer my data to my new phone. I had so much trouble down here trying to sort but Sam talked me through it all,so patiently and with such care and understanding. Thanks Sam would deal with you guys anytime.....wish you were in CHCH.....ha What ever the top rating is I give it top marks.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions and on air freight, they were kind enough to hold it for me and send it when flights resumed. The staff, Samsher and Bhullar kept me constantly informed of the progress of the delivery. I found their helpfulness and professionalism to be of the highest standard.
