It is very transparent, and you know exactly what you're paying for. AND you get rewarded for being an awesome customer! What other power company do you know does this? I've never had that before. Ever. It's awesome they're environmentally friendly too. Extremely happy and satisfied with making the switch. Best power company I've ever signed up with. So, make the switch to Flick!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flick Electric, was happy with the price of fixie until this year they put their prices up which meant i was paying $30-50 more for power. no not so FIXIE is it?... moved back to energyonline as their prices decreased in April. And im going to save $30 a month. stop screwing people over with your admin fees when its all computer generated anyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flick have been just amazing since we switched a number of years ago. Not only are their prices competitive. Always striving to bring you the cheapest electric bill and believe me, they do, week by week, but they keep in constant contact. They strive to keep us informed of how prices are comparing, what effects certain conditions have on our electric bill and what options there are available to us.
I wish we knew about Flick when moving to New Zealand, they are affordable, they are transparent and they easy to talk to and easy to get hold of when needed. I'm very glad to have Flick as my electric provider and would highly recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great power providers,have been most assistive of power providers i have utilised over my life,never an issue to have credit paid back into my personal bank account,unlike some providers that may treat you as if it is their money you are asking for back.
I absolutely rate Flick the most efficient of providers available.
Got to have love for consumer rated provider
I am sold on Flick lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like competence or honesty from your power company, AVOID.
Used to be pretty good but gone very down hill in the last year or two - in terms of both cost and experience. Seems like most of the decent phone staff have (understandably) left. Current lot are still nice but utterly clueless and seem beholden to a combination of lazy and incompetent management decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google won't let me rate as a 0 star. Our flat of many was incorrectly signed up on low-user plan, and we couldn't believe how expensive the bill was for a summer month. More than we ever had ever paid for any month after 4 years in cold flats. We made an effort to conserve power the next month, and when the bill came through as almost double the cost, we thought this couldn't be right. Called Flick up to see what was going on, they said signed up as wrong plan, nothing they could do yadiyadiya. Was told the same thing by a couple of staff. If a household/residential address is using that much power, it is clear they are on the wrong plan and Flick should have informed us of this. Rather than fleecing us for extra money. And then to be told there was nothing they could do to make this right, disgraceful and dishonest. Never changed utility company so fast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flick electric is my first electric company to sign up with. There very convenient and have amazing customer service representative’s. They have been having issues with pausing payments however do there best to make sure your happy. They literally gave me $30 credit and refunded my money twice just because they forgot to pause the payment. If this ain’t “make the customer happy” attitude then I don’t know what is ❤️ Thanks flick
