★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service overall. Not happy. Had to completely change dates and spend extra money due to their mistake. No compensation from them either plus they were not willing to accept their mistake. Massively disappointed. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested an extra bag for the last couple legs of my trip. Was told it wasn't possible for one of the airlines I was flying with and would just have to pay for extra weight or ship the extra bag. Shortly before my flight I found it is possible to book an extra bag but has to be done more than three days before my flight. So it cost me an extra $200 in excess baggage fees instead of under $100 for an extra bag. You owe me. Terrible, lazy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to two shops, firstly North City Plaza Porirua for flights to Australia and a rental car over there when my father passed away. Was a mission, we flew though Queenstown to Brisbane (overnight in Brisbane) to McKay, rental to Proserpine. Secondly at Cannonvale to fly from McKay (overnight at the Ibis Hotel) to Brisbane to Wellington.
Both centers were welcoming and friendly with staff that went that bit farther to make everything go smoothly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natalia is my travel agent at the Porirua location and I have to say she is AMAZING, on my last trip she called to surprise me with a great discount she had worked out with a tour company after I had accepted the price I would pay, she gave great advice that changed my whole trip! Introduced me to my now favourite tour company Intrepid, and puts chocolate in my flight Centre documents. She goes above and beyond. I highly recommended using her and this is exactly why I tell people to use travel agents those discounts and advice I could never get myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked some flights and holidays with Tania at the Porirua branch over the past two years. Tania represents the company to the highest of standards but is also very personable and friendly. I recently booked a surprise trip for my family where she quickly found a great deal and made things about our flights very easy to understand. Everything was booked there and then with no hassles. I highly recommend customers speak with Tania at the Porirua branch. That said I'm sure the other members of staff will provide you with the same excellent service. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
