★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EB Games you should be ashamed of yourself. Recently a transaction for $54.64 appeared on my credit card. I contacted my credit card provider to say this was a fraudulent transaction who said I needed to call EB Games directly. I called on 20 Nov and was told to email in the copy of my statement which I did, I was supposed to hear back in a week. No response, so I called again on 4 Dec, spoke to Jacinta, resent the email I had sent previously, again told I would hear by the end of the week. Still no response so I rang again on 9 Dec and spoke to Alice to told me that someone had used my card in the Wellington store. That was physically impossible as my credit card was in my wallet and I was overseas at the time They had the name and address of this person but couldn't tell me who they were for privacy reasons. I rang my credit card company who asked me to get EB Games position in writing, so I called again and spoke to Nathan so told me the same thing as Alice and was going to send me an email that I am yet to receive. So far I spent about 3 hours on the phone. Its appalling that they are more interested in protecting the rights of the fraudster and don't give a damn about my rights. The only way they will do anything further is for me to get the police involved. Like they will be interested. Well EB Games rest assured you will no longer be getting any business from me and I will do my best to tell everyone I know about my poor experience with you. Maybe after reading this you might do me the courtesy of finally replying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude staff, came in today to exchange or refund my son's Nintendo Switch case which the zip broke. Have only had it for two weeks and was taken aback by the attitude, was told only had 7 days to return it and that it would be classed as ware and tear, despite only having it two weeks, not fit for purpose. Would have been OK but the rudeness was unnecessary. Not the first time we've come across rude staff here, shame this was the manager! Have made complaint about him. Shame also my kids love EB games so much and we tend to be consistently spending money with them. EB games we own our own business and have great customer service, you need to up your game!
