β β β β β They have wide range of carpets to choose from and they're happy to serve their customers. I bought a carpet here for my 27 sq.M. game room and they gave me tips on how to install it properly and delivered the carpet for free!

β β β β β Flooring Design Lower Hutt provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received, from the moment I stepped into their brand new showroom.
Firstly, the fact they were open on a Sunday unlike other flooring companies was a bonus for me. I explained my time sensitive project and the nightmare I had with builders etc so Josh was on site within an hour taking measurements and by the following morning I had a very reasonable and professional quote. I had no idea of the lead time for carpet/vinyl layers currently but Josh from Flooring Design Lower Hutt went above and beyond calling around until he found a lovely gentleman who agreed to squeeze my project into his busy schedule. Josh liased with my builder and took away so much stress, he communicated regularly with me and always made sure I was happy with what was planned. I really felt he genuinely cared. Thanks to Flooring Design Lower Hutt I now have quality carpet and vinyl laid in time so I can bring my son to a cozy warm home after he is born in hospital.

They promptly came round to measure up, then got the carpet specially made so we could get the carpet we wanted that matched our current carpet.Thanks so much. Love the beautiful underlay. Can't wait till we get the rest of the house done in a few years time!

β β β β β Excellent to deal with from start to finish Joel was great when he came to measure up then when I popped out to the store in Lower Hutt staff were very helpful to top if of the installer did a great job and was really nice to deal with .definitely will be using Flooring Design Lower Hutt again. 10/10
